Automatic Indexing for Accountants

HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date as each post goes live, with robots.txt pointing at it. New posts get found without you submitting anything by hand.

The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses

Accountants tend to write for other accountants. Your clients do not search for statutory accounts preparation or self assessment filing. They type things like how much tax will I pay on my side job, do I need to register as self employed, can I claim my laptop as an expense, or when is the tax return deadline this year. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the plain ones people actually type, and writes posts around them. The trade language can stay on your services page. The posts go after the questions.

A worked example

Say you are an accountant in a town with a lot of tradespeople. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Can I Claim Van Costs as a Business Expense. It would explain the rules in plain English, cover the common cases, and link to your page on sole trader accounts. It would also link from an older post on mileage claims, so the two sit together. The post goes live on your site, the sitemap updates, and robots.txt already points at it. Nobody has to submit the URL anywhere.

What local intent means for accountants

Most accounting searches carry a place in them. People type accountant near me, or bookkeeper in a named town, or self assessment accountant plus their postcode area. That means the posts need to name the places you actually serve, and the pages need to read like they were written for those places. HaloSEO writes with that in mind and links the local posts to each other. It does not create a page for every town you have never worked in. Thin location pages do not help anyone.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes out, because the platform publishes on its own. It is also not right if you need URLs pushed to Google through IndexNow or Search Console. We do not do that. We keep the sitemap current and let crawlers find it.
