Exhibit A
Accountants work in Hialeah
Hialeah runs on small businesses, and small businesses need bookkeeping, payroll and tax filing all year. The searches come from owners of shops along the main commercial streets, from landlords with a few rental units, and from people filing their first return after starting a business. Many of those searches are typed in Spanish, and many mix Spanish and English in the same phrase. Paid search in the city is contested by national tax chains during filing season, which pushes the cost of ads up in the first months of the year. The firms that show up in the free results are mostly owner operators and small local practices, and they hold those positions with pages written for the neighbourhoods they serve. That is the demand available in Hialeah: steady, local, bilingual, and concentrated around the filing calendar.
