Webflow Integration for Accountants

HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site once. It then publishes finished posts to your own domain, in your own theme, as normal posts.

The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses

Accountants tend to write for other accountants. Your clients do not search for statutory accounts preparation or self assessment filing. They type things like how much tax will I pay on my side job, do I need to register as self employed, can I claim my laptop as an expense, or when is the tax return deadline. They search in plain words, often with a place attached. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones real people type, and writes posts around them. The trade language can stay on your services page. The blog should speak the way your clients speak.

A worked example post

Say you are an accountant in Leeds and a lot of your clients are sole traders. HaloSEO might research and write a post answering a question like do I need to register for self assessment if I sell on Etsy. The post would explain the threshold in plain terms, what counts as trading income, what records to keep, and when to get help. It would publish to your Webflow site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain, at a URL like yoursite.co.uk/blog/self-assessment-selling-on-etsy. It would link to your relevant service page and to other posts on your site. Nothing else on your Webflow site changes.

What local intent means for accountants

Most accounting work is local. People want someone they can sit in front of, or at least someone who knows their area and its rules. That shows up in search as phrases with a town or city in them, like accountant near me, small business accountant in Bristol, or self assessment help Sheffield. It also shows up in AI search, where people ask for a good accountant in their town and expect a named answer. HaloSEO builds posts and backlinks around those local phrases so your site has something to be found for. We do not promise a position or a date. Search engines decide that, not us.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else and pointed at your site. HaloSEO publishes to your Webflow site, it does not host the blog for you. It is not right if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin and nothing to keep up to date. It is not right if you want to hand over control of your whole website, because it only adds posts and changes nothing else. And it is not right if you need a guaranteed ranking or a fixed number of visitors by a fixed date. Nobody can promise that honestly.
