AI Consultancies

Automatic Indexing for AI Consultancies

New posts on your site should be found without you filing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it, so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.

The phrases your buyers type

Your buyers do not search for the words the trade uses. They search for the problem in their own language. A small firm might type how to use AI in my business, or can AI write my proposals. A manager might type AI training for staff, or what can AI do for a law firm. They search by sector too: AI for accountants, AI for recruiters, AI for clinics. They search by worry: is AI safe for customer data, or how much does an AI project cost. These are the phrases HaloSEO researches and writes for. Not the conference terms. The words people type when they have a problem and a budget.

A worked example

Say you work with professional services firms. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What AI can and cannot do for a small accountancy practice. It would open with the tasks that take the most hours each week. It would set out where AI helps now, such as drafting client emails and summarising meeting notes. It would set out where it does not help yet, such as final sign off on accounts. It would end with a short list of questions to ask before you buy anything. The post links to your service page and to a related post on data handling. It goes live on your domain, the sitemap updates, and robots.txt already points at it.

What local intent means here

Most AI consultancy work is sold face to face, so local intent matters more than it looks. People search for an AI consultant near me, or AI consultant followed by their town or city. They search for AI workshops in a named city, or AI training for teams in a named region. Some want someone who can sit in the room. Others want a supplier who knows their sector and their local market. HaloSEO writes posts that speak to those searches, with the place names and the sector detail that make a page relevant to a local buyer. It does not promise a map position or a ranking. It gives search engines and AI answer tools clear pages to read.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings, a set position or a traffic number by a set date. Nobody can promise that, and we do not. It is not right for you if you want to submit each URL to Search Console by hand, because HaloSEO does not do that. It does not ping Google and it does not use IndexNow. It is not right for you if you sell only through referrals and do not want a publishing programme. And it is not right for you if you want a tool that only drafts text for you to edit. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that runs the whole cycle, not another AI writer.
