Exhibit A
Bankruptcy Lawyers work in Tallahassee
Tallahassee is a state capital and a university city, and the bankruptcy searches that come out of it follow the local economy: state government pay, the students and staff around Florida State and Florida A&M, and the small businesses that serve both. The firms competing for those searches are mostly small practices and solo attorneys, with a handful of consumer bankruptcy firms that advertise across North Florida. Paid search in this market is carried by those consumer firms bidding on chapter 7 and chapter 13 terms, while the smaller practices rely on their websites and referrals. The demand is steady rather than huge, which means the searches are specific: people type the chapter they are considering, the court, and the part of town they live in. That specificity is what makes publishing worth doing here.
