Bed and Breakfasts work in Boston
Boston draws visitors all year, and a good share of them search for somewhere small to stay rather than a chain hotel. The demand spreads across the city rather than sitting in one place. People look for rooms near Back Bay for a weekend, near the North End for the food, near Fenway when the Red Sox are home, and out along the harbour when a ship is in. Owner operators make up most of the trade here, with a long tail of single property B&Bs and small guest houses rather than big franchise groups. Paid search around Boston lodging is expensive because hotels bid hard on the same terms, which leaves organic and AI search as the ground where a small property can be found on its own merits. The searches are specific: a neighbourhood, a date, a reason for the trip. That specificity is what a B&B page can answer well.
