Bookkeepers
AI Search Optimization for Bookkeepers
HaloSEO connects to your website and publishes posts written to be found on Google and in AI search. It also measures whether assistants name your bookkeeping business when asked the questions your customers ask.
The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses
Bookkeepers tend to write for other bookkeepers. Your customers write what they would say out loud. They search things like how much does a bookkeeper cost, do I need a bookkeeper or an accountant, can a bookkeeper do my tax return, and who can help with my books near me. They search by problem too, such as my receipts are a mess or I am behind on my bookkeeping. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type and say, then writes posts around those. The trade terms still matter, but they sit behind the plain ones.
A worked example of a post we would publish
Take the question do I need a bookkeeper or an accountant. The post opens with the answer in the first lines, so a person skimming and an assistant reading both get it straight away. It explains the difference in plain terms, says when a bookkeeper is enough and when an accountant is the better call, and covers what each usually handles. It links to your services page and to a related post on what bookkeeping costs. The heading and opening lines carry the question, so the answer is easy to lift and cite.
What local intent means for bookkeepers
Most bookkeeping work is local in practice. A customer wants someone they can call, meet or trust with their records, and they often search with a town or area in the query. That means posts should name the areas you serve and answer local questions, such as whether you work with businesses in a nearby town or visit premises. Local intent also shows up in questions about distance and availability. We write for those, and we measure whether assistants name your business when asked local questions, by putting those questions to them and recording which sources they cite.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a promised date for results. We do not control search engines or assistants, and we cannot make an assistant cite anybody. It is not right for you if you want a tool that submits your site to AI assistants, because we do not do that. It is also not right for you if you will not publish regularly or cannot connect your website. If you want a writer only, this is more than that.
