Bookkeepers
Schema Generator for Bookkeepers
A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses
Bookkeepers tend to describe what they do in trade language. Clients do not. A sole trader looking for help types things like who can do my tax return, how much does a bookkeeper cost, or do I need an accountant or a bookkeeper. A small limited company types can I do my own payroll or what expenses can I claim. These are the phrases worth building pages around. The schema generator helps you mark up the page you write for those phrases, so the page states clearly what it is and who it is for. It does not pick the phrases for you. That research is a separate job.
A worked example
Say a bookkeeping firm wants a page for tradespeople who have just gone self employed. The post answers plain questions. When do I register with HMRC. What can I claim for a van. What records do I need to keep. How often should I send invoices. The page ends with a clear next step, which is a call to talk about monthly bookkeeping. The schema generator builds the JSON-LD for that page, so the markup names the service, the area served and the business behind it. You then paste that output into the page yourself. The tool does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.
What local intent means for bookkeepers
Most bookkeeping clients want someone they can meet or call, and many search with a place in the query. Bookkeeper near me, bookkeeper in Leeds, small business accountant Manchester. Local intent for a bookkeeping firm usually means three things. The searcher wants a person close enough to visit. They want to know the firm handles their kind of business, a cafe or a builder or a contractor. And they want a sign the firm is real and reachable, with an address and a phone number they can check. Schema helps you state the service area and the contact details in a form a search engine can read. It does not put you on a map and it does not win a local pack slot.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your existing posts without touching them. The tool does not do that yet. It is a generator you paste the output from, so someone has to place it. It is not right for you if you want a writer, because it does not write anything. It is not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number from using it. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a result. And it is not right for you if you cannot say what a page is for, because the tool will refuse to emit a type whose required fields are missing, and that refusal is the point.
