Breweries work in Jersey City
Jersey City has a steady stream of people searching for breweries, taprooms and places to drink local beer. The city packs a dense population into a small area, and its downtown waterfront, Journal Square and the Heights each bring their own foot traffic and their own searches. Demand comes from residents planning a night out, from visitors staying near the waterfront, and from people searching for private event space, brewery tours and cans to take home. Owner operators and small independent breweries make up most of the trade here, and each one competes for the same local searches. The searches are specific: a neighbourhood name, a beer style, a night of the week, a reason to go out. That is the demand available, and it is won by the brewery whose pages answer those searches first.
