Cafes work in Omaha
Omaha coffee demand spreads across a wide map. The Old Market and Blackstone draw office workers and weekend crowds, Dundee and Benson carry neighbourhood regulars, and the west side around Village Pointe and Aksarben runs on families and commuters. Drive through coffee from the chains takes a large share of the quick morning stop, and that leaves the independent rooms, the roasters and the small kitchens competing for the sit down trade, the meeting trade and the laptop trade. Search demand follows the same shape. People look for a cafe near a landmark, a cafe open early before a shift, a quiet room for a call, or a roaster who sells beans by the bag. Those searches are local and specific, and each one is a page a cafe can own.
