Cafes work in Scottsdale
Scottsdale has a dense cafe trade. Old Town, the Scottsdale Waterfront and the corridors along Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard carry a steady mix of independent coffee houses, bakeries with espresso bars and small chains. The surrounding resorts and the daily office and retail traffic in the city centre keep daytime demand high, and the winter visitor season adds a second layer of people searching for somewhere to sit. Franchise groups hold some of the drive thru and shopping centre spots, and owner operators hold most of the neighbourhood and Old Town locations. The searches that matter are local and specific: a cafe near a particular intersection, a patio open in the morning, a place to work with wifi. That is the demand available, and it is searched every day by people already in the city.
