Commercial Real Estate

Automatic Indexing for Commercial Real Estate

New posts on your site should be found without you filing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date as each post goes live, with robots.txt pointing at it.

The phrases your customers search

People looking for commercial space rarely use the words the trade uses. They search for things like office space to rent near me, warehouse unit with loading bay, shop unit on a high street, small office for two people, or industrial unit with parking. They add their town, their budget and the size they need. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so your pages speak the way your customers type.

A worked example

Say you let units in a town with a busy retail street and an out of town estate. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Small shop units to let in [town] and what the lease usually covers. It would cover unit sizes, what a typical lease asks of a tenant, parking and delivery access, and how to arrange a viewing. It links to your listings and to a related post on office space nearby. The post goes live on your site and the sitemap updates itself.

What local intent means here

Commercial property is a local search. A business owner wants a unit they can reach, in a town they know, near the roads and customers they serve. That means the town, the district and the nearest motorway junction matter more than a broad national phrase. HaloSEO writes posts that name those places and answer the questions people ask before they call, such as what a service charge covers or whether a unit suits a workshop.

How the indexing works

HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain and updates it as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. Search engines that crawl your site can find the new posts from there, without anybody submitting them by hand. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings or a fixed date for results. We do not offer either. It is not right if you need URLs pushed to Search Console or IndexNow, because we do not do that. It is not right if you want a person to write every post by hand, or if your site cannot publish new pages. And it is not right if you are not prepared to keep the site running while the posts build up.
