Dental Labs
Automatic Indexing for Dental Labs
A sitemap on your own domain, kept up to date as each post goes live, with robots.txt pointing at it. New posts get found without anyone submitting them by hand.
The phrases your customers type
Dental labs tend to write for other labs. Your buyers write something else. They type things like crown turnaround time, night guard lab near me, or who makes dentures in [town]. They search for a lab that takes digital impressions, or one that picks up cases. They search for a price on a zirconia crown. None of that is trade language. HaloSEO researches the words people actually use, then writes posts around them. The posts answer the question the person typed, not the question the lab would ask.
A worked example
Say you run a lab that serves dentists within a day's drive. One post could be titled How fast can a dental lab turn around a zirconia crown? It would explain the steps a case goes through, what slows a case down, and what a dentist should send with the first case. It would name the areas you collect from and the materials you work with. It would link to your page on digital impressions and to your page on pickups. No ranking is promised here. The post exists to answer a real question in the words a dentist would use.
What local intent means for a dental lab
A dentist does not pick a lab the way a diner picks a restaurant. Distance still matters, because cases move by courier or by hand. So local intent for a lab is about collection area, turnaround, and whether you take cases from a practice of a given size. Posts should name the towns and counties you serve, the pickup days you run, and the kind of work you take. A dentist searching for a denture lab that collects on a Tuesday is close to a decision. A post that answers that plainly does more than a page about your equipment.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a lab that wants a guaranteed position on Google. We do not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a date. It is not right for a lab that wants to submit each new URL to Search Console by hand, because HaloSEO does not do that. It does not ping Google and it does not use IndexNow. It keeps a sitemap on your domain current and points robots.txt at it. If you need a hand held through every submission, or you want a writer you brief on each post, this is not that product.
