Squarespace Integration for DJs

HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The words your customers type

DJs tend to describe their work in trade terms. Customers do not. A customer looks for a wedding DJ near me, a DJ for a 40th birthday, or a DJ who plays soul and funk. They search for the venue, the town and the type of party. They rarely search for mobile disco hire or event entertainment solutions. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade words can still appear, but they are not the plan.

A worked example

Say you are a DJ in Leeds who covers weddings and parties. HaloSEO might publish a post titled How to Choose a Wedding DJ in Leeds. The post would cover what to ask about setup, timings, song requests and the first dance. It would mention the towns and venues you cover. It would link to your packages page and to a related post on party playlists. It would publish to your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. Nothing else on the site changes.

What local intent means for a DJ

Almost every search a DJ cares about has a place in it. People book a DJ for a venue near them, on a date near them. So the useful posts name the towns, the venues and the kinds of event you cover. A post about a barn venue in Cheshire does more for you than a general post about wedding music. Local intent also means the searcher is close to booking. They are comparing a few DJs in their area, and they want to know what you play and what you bring.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else. HaloSEO publishes to your Squarespace site, it does not host the blog for you. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin. It is not right for you if you expect a ranking, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. And it is not right for you if you want to write and check every post by hand before it goes live.
