SEO Dashboard for Doctors
HaloSEO connects to your website, researches the keywords your patients use, writes and publishes posts, links them up and builds backlinks. The dashboard shows what was published, where it ranks, and whether the blog is on its cadence.
The phrases patients search, not the ones the trade uses
Doctors and practice managers talk about appointments, consultations and service lines. Patients type something else. They search for a symptom, a worry, or a question about whether to come in at all. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes for them. The dashboard shows you the phrases each post was built around, so you can see the gap between how the practice describes itself and how patients look for it. You do not have to approve a keyword list or guess at search volume.
A worked example
Say your practice is a GP surgery that offers travel vaccinations. A patient does not search for travel health services. They search something like how far in advance do I need travel jabs. HaloSEO would publish a post answering that question in plain language, covering which vaccines need lead time and what to bring to the appointment. It would link that post to your travel vaccination page and to any related posts on the site, then build backlinks to it. The dashboard would then show the post, the phrase it targets, and where it ranks.
What local intent means for a doctors practice
Almost every search a patient makes about a practice has a place attached to it. They want a surgery near them, one that takes new patients, one open on a Saturday, one in a particular town or suburb. That changes what a post has to say. A post about booking an appointment is only useful if it makes clear where the practice is and who it serves. HaloSEO writes with that local context in the post itself, so the page reads as though it belongs to your area rather than to any practice anywhere.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a practice that wants to approve every post before it goes live. HaloSEO publishes on a cadence, and the dashboard is a read only view of work already done. It is not a queue where you review and release drafts. It is also not right for a practice with no website, or one that wants a guarantee of a ranking or a position. We do not control search engines and we do not promise one. If you need hands on control of every word, this is the wrong tool.
