Employment Lawyers
Automatic Indexing for Employment Lawyers
New posts on your site should be found without you filing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it, so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.
The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses
People looking for an employment lawyer rarely search for the term employment lawyer. They type what happened to them. Phrases like unfair dismissal advice, can I be sacked without warning, redundancy pay calculator, my boss changed my hours, or how much does a tribunal cost. Some search for settlement agreement explained or grievance meeting what to expect. HaloSEO researches the words your clients actually use, then writes posts around them. The trade language still matters in places, but it is not where most of the demand sits.
A worked example
Say a firm wants to reach people who have just been told their role is at risk. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What to do in the first week of a redundancy consultation. It would cover the questions to ask, the dates that matter, the difference between a consultation and a decision already made, and when to get advice. It would link to related posts on redundancy pay and settlement agreements, and to the firm's contact page. The post goes live on the firm's own site. The sitemap updates, robots.txt points at it, and the page can be found without anyone submitting it by hand.
What local intent means here
Employment law is national in the rules but local in the choosing. Someone in Leeds with a tribunal claim often wants a solicitor they can sit in front of, or at least one who knows the local tribunal. So searches carry place names: employment solicitor Bristol, tribunal representation Manchester, unfair dismissal lawyer near me. Local intent also shows up in the questions people ask about travel, hearing venues and how meetings run. Posts that name the places you serve and the venues you attend meet that intent. Posts that stay generic miss it.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a firm that wants a fixed ranking or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position or a traffic number. It is not right for a firm that wants to approve every word before it goes live, because HaloSEO publishes on its own. It is not right for a firm with no website, or one that cannot add a sitemap and robots.txt to its own domain. And it is not right for a firm that wants URL submission to Search Console or IndexNow pings. We do not do those. We keep the sitemap current and let search engines find it.
