Exhibit A
Employment Lawyers work in Abilene
Abilene is a city of around 120,000 people with a steady base of employers: Dyess Air Force Base, the hospitals, the universities, the oilfield service companies and the retail and logistics operations along the interstate corridors. Employment work here comes from people who were let go, people who were not paid overtime, and people dealing with a hostile supervisor or a discrimination claim. The firms competing for that work are mostly small practices and solo attorneys, with a handful of larger regional firms covering the area. Paid search in this market is modest, so the organic results carry most of the weight. Searches are specific: people type the problem, the employer type and the city, and they read several results before they call anyone.
