Exhibit A
Employment Lawyers work in Chula Vista
Chula Vista is a city of around 275,000 people, the second largest in San Diego County, and it sits between the border and the bay with a working population spread across healthcare, logistics, retail, hospitality and the commute north on the 805 and the 5. Employment work here follows that spread. People search from home in the evening after a shift, from a phone in a parking lot after being told not to come back, and from kitchen tables in the older neighbourhoods west of Broadway. The searches are specific: wrongful termination, unpaid overtime, hostile work environment, retaliation after a complaint, a question about a severance agreement before signing. The firms competing for those searches are mostly small practices and solo attorneys, with a handful of larger San Diego firms whose pages reach down into Chula Vista. Paid search on these terms is expensive per click because a single case is worth a lot, so the firms that buy ads tend to be the ones with a marketing budget. The demand is steady and it is local, and the person searching is usually deciding within days.
