Exhibit A
Employment Lawyers work in New Orleans
New Orleans runs on hospitality, port work, healthcare and a large public sector, and each of those brings its own disputes over pay, hours, tips, retaliation and dismissal. People in the city search for help in plain language, often on a phone, often the same day something happens at work. The firms competing for those searches range from small plaintiff side practices to the employment groups inside larger Louisiana firms, and the paid search around the core terms carries real cost, which tells you the demand is there. The searches themselves are local: a worker in Metairie and a worker in the French Quarter type different things and both expect a firm that knows the parish.
