Exhibit A
Estate Planning work in Oceanside
Oceanside carries a steady base of estate planning demand because of who lives there. Camp Pendleton sits at the north edge of the city, and the service members and military families around it need wills, powers of attorney and guardianship plans, often on a short timeline before a deployment or a move. The city also holds a large share of older homeowners, people who bought in the 1970s and 1980s and now need trusts, deeds and probate help. Around those two groups sit the smaller firms and sole practitioners who serve them, many of them one or two attorney offices rather than franchises. The searches come from people who want a local name they can sit down with, which is why the terms that matter here carry the city and the district in them.
