Exhibit A
Estate Planning work in Scottsdale
Scottsdale carries a steady stream of estate planning demand because of who lives there. The city has a large retirement age population, a lot of second homes and a steady flow of people relocating from other states who need their documents redone for Arizona. The firms competing for that work are mostly small owner operated practices, solo attorneys and two to four person offices, alongside a smaller number of larger Valley firms with a Scottsdale address. Paid search on estate planning terms in the metro is expensive because the matters are high value, which pushes many local practices toward organic and AI search instead. The demand is there across the whole city, and it is spread across many small practices rather than concentrated in a few.
