Family Lawyers
Schema Generator for Family Lawyers
A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses
People looking for a family lawyer rarely search for the terms the trade uses. They type things like how much does a divorce cost, can we sort out custody without going to court, or I want to move out and take the kids. They search in plain language, often late at night, often worried. A page built around the words on your letterhead will miss them. The schema you generate should describe the page in the same plain terms the page is written in, so search engines and AI tools can read what the page is about.
A worked example
Say you publish a post titled What happens to the house in a divorce. The page explains the options in plain English and ends with a way to book a call. The schema generator builds the JSON-LD for that page. If you pick a type that needs fields you have not filled in, it will not emit the markup. You fill the gaps or pick a type that fits, then paste the finished block into the page. The tool does not add schema to published posts for you yet. It is a tool you paste the output from.
What local intent means here
Family law is local. Someone in Leeds searching for a family solicitor wants someone they can sit in front of, and the same search in Bristol should not return the Leeds firm. Local intent shows up in the words people use: the town name, the court, the area. It also shows up in how they judge a result. They want to know where you are and whether you cover their area. Your pages and the schema that describes them should make that clear, so the right search finds the right firm.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts without touching them. It does not do that yet. It is also not right if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. And if you are not publishing pages at all, there is nothing here to mark up.
