Exhibit A
Financial Advisors work in Tucson
Tucson is a metro of roughly a million people, and the financial advice trade here is spread across a long list of small practices, solo advisors and a handful of regional firms. Search demand follows the money in the city: retirement planning and rollover questions from the east side and the foothills, college savings questions from families near the university, and small business owners around downtown and the south side looking for tax and cash flow help. Paid search in this trade is expensive because a single client is worth a lot, so most local practices bid on a narrow set of terms and leave the longer questions to organic results. That leaves a wide band of searches, the specific ones people type when they are worried about a pension, an inheritance or a business sale, where the competition is thinner and the intent is clearer.
