Exhibit A
Financial Advisors work in Yonkers
Yonkers is a city of about 200,000 people, and the financial advice searches that come out of it are shaped by the households here: commuters with workplace retirement plans, small business owners along the Getty Square and Central Park Avenue corridors, and families planning for college and long term care. The firms competing for those searches are a mix of small independent practices, insurance licensed advisors and the regional offices of larger firms that serve Westchester. Paid search in this trade is expensive because a single client relationship is worth a lot, so many local practices bid on a handful of terms and leave the rest of the demand to organic results. That leaves a wide band of searches, from retirement income questions to Roth conversion questions, where a well built page can sit and keep earning attention.
