Fire Damage Restoration

Schema Generator for Fire Damage Restoration

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers search

People who have had a fire do not search for fire damage restoration. They search for what they can see and what they need next. They type smoke smell in house, how to get soot off walls, burnt carpet cleaning, or who to call after a kitchen fire. They search insurance claim after fire and does home insurance cover smoke damage. They search near me terms when they want someone local today. The trade words are not the words in the search box. Build pages around the words people use when they are standing in a damaged room.

A worked example

Say you run a restoration firm in a mid sized town. HaloSEO researches the queries around smoke odour, soot on different surfaces and insurance paperwork. It writes a post titled What to do in the first hour after a kitchen fire. The post covers turning off the power, not running the HVAC, and photographing damage before anything is moved. It links to your page on smoke odour removal and to your contact page. The schema generator then builds the JSON-LD for that post. You paste it into the page yourself. Nothing is added to a published post automatically yet.

What local intent means here

Fire damage is local in a way few services are. The customer needs someone at the property, and they need them before the damage settles in. So the searches carry place names, postcodes and near me. A page that ranks for smoke damage help without a place attached is a page for readers, not for callers. Local intent also means the questions are practical and urgent. How fast can you come. Do you work with my insurer. Do you handle the contents as well as the structure. Write for the person who wants a van outside.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published. The tool does not do that yet. It is not right for you if you want a plugin that handles everything on its own. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position. If you want a writer that produces text and nothing else, this is more than you need.
