Flooring Contractors

Schema Generator for Flooring Contractors

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

People do not search for engineered oak or a floating floor. They search for new floor for my living room, how much to fit laminate, or who can fix a squeaky floor. They add the town, the room and the problem. A homeowner with a damp hallway types something different from a landlord fitting three flats. The keyword research starts from those phrases, not from the words on a supplier invoice. If a post is built around trade language, it misses the person who is about to call.

A worked example

Say a flooring contractor in a mid sized town wants to reach people replacing hallway floors. The post could be titled What to expect when you replace a hallway floor. It would cover the mess, the drying time for adhesive, how door heights change, and what the fitter needs cleared before the day starts. It would answer the questions people ask before they call. The schema tool builds the JSON-LD for that page. If a required field for the chosen type is missing, it will not emit the type. You paste the finished output into the page yourself.

What local intent means for flooring work

Flooring is bought close to home. The fitter has to come to the house, measure, and return with materials. So the search usually carries a place: the town, the suburb, the nearest big road. It also carries the job: stairs, a shop unit, a rental that needs turning round fast. Local intent here means the page should name the areas covered and the kinds of jobs taken on. It should not read like a national brand. A page that could belong to any town gives the reader no reason to think you cover theirs.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for a business with no website, or one that will not publish posts. It is not right for a contractor who wants a guaranteed position on Google. We do not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines. It is not right for someone who wants schema added to live posts automatically. That is not built yet. The tool gives you JSON-LD to paste. If you want a writer to hand you drafts to edit by hand, this is a publishing platform, not a writing assistant.
