Freight Brokers

AI Search Optimization for Freight Brokers

Freight brokers get found when their site answers the questions shippers and carriers actually type. HaloSEO writes those answers, publishes them, and measures whether AI assistants name your business.

The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses

Your customers do not search for capacity procurement or freight brokerage services. A shipper with a load searches for how to find a truck for a shipment, or who can move a load from a specific city to another. A carrier searches for brokers that pay fast, or loads near a given town. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, then writes posts around those words. The trade vocabulary can appear in the post, but it does not lead. The opening lines carry the answer in plain language, because that is the part an assistant is most likely to read and repeat.

A worked example

Say you broker loads out of a mid sized city. HaloSEO might publish a post titled How to Find a Freight Broker for a Load Out of [your city]. The first lines answer it directly: what to check, what a broker should ask you, and what paperwork to expect. The rest of the post covers the steps, the questions to ask about insurance and payment terms, and how to tell a broker who covers your lane from one who does not. The post links to your other pages on lanes and services. Nothing in it invents a customer or a number. It answers the question the shipper typed.

What local intent means for freight brokers

Freight is local at both ends. A shipper wants a broker who knows the pickup area and the delivery area, and a carrier wants loads that start near where the truck already is. That makes city and lane pages matter. A post about moving freight out of one city is not the same as a post about moving freight into it. HaloSEO writes pages for the places and lanes you actually serve, in the words people use for those places. It does not create pages for areas you do not cover.

What HaloSEO measures

HaloSEO asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, then records whether your business is named and which sources are cited. That gives you a record over time. It cannot make an assistant cite anybody, and it does not submit anything to an assistant. It writes so the answer sits in the opening lines, and it shows you what the assistants said when asked.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for a broker who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a promised mention in an AI answer. We do not control search engines or assistants, and we will not claim a ranking or a date. It is not right for a business with no website, or one that will not publish posts under its own name. It is also not right for a broker who wants a writer only. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks. If you want to write everything yourself, this is more than you need.
