Home Automation
AI Visibility Reports for Home Automation
HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions a home automation customer would ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead.
The phrases customers use, not the ones the trade uses
People who want a smart home do not search for the terms the trade uses. They search for the problem. They ask how to turn the lights off without getting out of bed, or whether a smart thermostat works with what they already have. They ask what a hub is and whether they need one. They ask if their doorbell can record to their phone. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes for them. The trade language can sit on the page too, but it does not lead.
A worked example
Say a home automation business covers a city and fits lighting, heating and doorbells. HaloSEO might publish a post titled: Can I control my heating from my phone when I am out. The post would explain what a smart thermostat does, what it needs, what it does not do, and which setups suit a flat versus a house. It would answer the question in the first paragraph, then go deeper. It would link to the business's heating page and to a related post on smart doorbells. The point is to be the page that answers the question, for a person and for an assistant that is asked the same thing.
What local intent means here
Home automation is fitted in a building, so the buyer is local. But the questions are not always local. Someone may ask an assistant which smart thermostat is best before they ask who can fit one near them. Local intent shows up later, in phrases like who fits smart blinds in a named town, or a named town smart home installer. HaloSEO writes for both. The reports show whether the business is named when an assistant is asked those local questions, and which other businesses are named instead. That is a measurement of what was said, not a ranking.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a business that wants a guaranteed position on Google or a date when traffic will rise. We do not control search engines and we do not promise either. It is not right for a business with no website, because there is nothing to connect. It is not right for someone who wants a writer to produce posts they will edit and publish themselves, because HaloSEO publishes. And it is not right for a business that wants the assistants told about them. The reports only record what the assistants say when asked.
