Home Builders
Schema Generator for Home Builders
A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
Home builders tend to write for the trade. The people who pay you search in plainer words. They look for things like the cost to build a house, how long a build takes, whether they can buy the land with the house, and what a fixed price contract covers. They search by town and by postcode. They search for a builder near me and for the name of a housing scheme they have seen. They ask whether a self build mortgage is different from a normal one. Your pages should answer those questions in the words people use, not in the words your contracts use.
A worked example
Say you build three and four bedroom homes on a small site. A post could be titled what is included in the price of a new build home. It would list the standard specification, the optional extras, the deposit stages and what happens if the build runs late. It would name the site and the town. It would link to your specification page and to your contact page. HaloSEO researches the keywords, writes the post, publishes it and links it up. The schema tool then builds the JSON-LD for that page, and you paste it in.
What local intent means for home builders
For a home builder, local intent is rarely a single town. People search by the site name, the estate name, the nearest big town and the school catchment. They search for new homes in a village they have heard of, and they search for the road the site sits on. A page that only says new homes in the county will miss most of that. Each site you build on can carry its own page with its own place names, its own directions and its own local questions answered. That is what local intent looks like in this trade.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published. The tool does not do that yet. It builds the JSON-LD and you paste the output in yourself. It is also not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number from it. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those. And it is not right for you if you want a writer that only drafts text. HaloSEO is an autonomous publishing platform, not another AI writer.
