Home Builders

Webflow Integration for Home Builders

HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site once and publishes finished posts to it, in your own theme and on your own domain. You keep the site you have. We do the research, the writing and the publishing.

The words your buyers type

Home builders often write for the trade. Buyers do not search that way. They type things like how much to build a house, what is a turnkey build, do I need a builder or an architect, and how long does a custom build take. They search by suburb and by budget. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually use in your area, then writes posts around them. The posts answer the question the buyer asked, in the words the buyer used.

A worked example

Say you build in a growing outer suburb. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What a House Build Really Costs in [suburb], and What Changes the Price. It would cover the stages of a build, what moves the number up or down, and what to ask a builder before you sign. It would link to your process page and your contact page. It publishes to your Webflow site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. You can edit it like any other post.

What local intent means for home builders

For a builder, local intent is most of the intent. People do not shop for a builder the way they shop for a sofa. They build where they live, where they have land, or where they want to move. So searches carry a place: a suburb, a council area, a region. A post about knock down rebuild rules in one council area is useful. The same post with no place in it is not. HaloSEO writes for the places you build in, and links those posts together so a reader can move from one area to the next.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else. HaloSEO publishes to your Webflow site. It does not host the blog for you. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and manage. There is no plugin, and nothing to keep up to date. It is not right for you if you want the tool to change other parts of your site. It does not. It adds posts and nothing else. And it is not right for you if you need a ranking, a traffic number or a date promised in advance. We do not control search engines, so we do not promise those.
