Home Inspectors
AI Search Optimization for Home Inspectors
HaloSEO connects to your website, researches the phrases your customers type, writes and publishes posts, links them up and builds backlinks. It also measures whether AI assistants name your business when asked the questions buyers ask.
The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses
Home inspectors talk about pre purchase inspections, thermal imaging and moisture intrusion. Buyers type things like how much does a home inspection cost, what does a home inspector look for, and is a home inspection worth it. They search by town, by property type and by worry. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones with real search demand behind them, and writes for the language buyers use. The trade vocabulary still appears where it helps, but it does not lead.
A worked example
Say you inspect homes in a mid sized town and buyers keep asking whether they need an inspection on a new build. HaloSEO would publish a post titled something like Do You Need a Home Inspection on a New Build. The first two lines answer it directly, so a person skimming and an AI assistant pulling a summary both get the answer immediately. The rest of the post covers what a new build inspection checks, what it does not cover, and how to book one with you. The post links to your services page and your contact page, and sits in the same cluster as your posts on inspection cost and what to expect on the day.
What local intent means for home inspectors
Almost every search a home inspector cares about has a place attached to it. People search for a home inspector near me, home inspection in a named town, or home inspector for a specific suburb. They are usually close to making a decision, often under a deadline set by a contract. That means the pages that win are the ones that name the areas you cover, answer the cost and timing questions plainly, and make it obvious how to book. HaloSEO writes posts around those place based phrases and links them together, so a town page, a cost page and a services page all point at each other.
Measuring whether assistants name you
HaloSEO asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, then records which sources the answers cite. Over time you can see whether your business appears and which pages get picked up. What HaloSEO cannot do is make an assistant cite you, and it does not submit anything to an assistant. Nobody controls those answers. The measurement tells you what is happening, not what will happen.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a promised date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not pretend to. It is not right for a business with no website, or one that cannot publish new pages. It is not right for an inspector who wants to write every word personally and will not approve anything drafted for them. And it is not right for someone looking for a tool that submits their site to AI assistants, because that is not something we do.
