Home Inspectors
Automatic Indexing for Home Inspectors
New posts on your site should be found without you doing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it, so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.
The phrases your customers search
Home inspectors often describe their work in trade terms. Customers do not. A buyer waiting on a report is more likely to search for things like how long does a home inspection take, what does a home inspector look for, or is a home inspection required when buying a house. They search by worry and by task, not by service name. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, then writes posts around those words. That means the posts answer the question the buyer has, in the order they have it, rather than listing your qualifications first.
A worked example
Say you inspect homes in a city with a lot of older housing stock. A post could be titled What a Home Inspector Checks in an Older House. It would walk through the parts that fail most often in older homes, explain what a buyer should ask about, and say when to bring in a specialist. It would link to your services page and to a related post on what a report includes. The post goes live on your domain, the sitemap updates, and robots.txt already points at it. Nobody submits anything by hand.
What local intent means here
Almost every search a home inspector cares about has a place attached to it. People search for a home inspector near me, or a home inspector in a named town, or a home inspection in a named suburb. They are usually on a deadline set by a contract, so they pick from what they can find quickly. That makes town level pages and posts that name the areas you cover more useful than one general page. HaloSEO can write posts aimed at those local searches and link them together, so a reader in one town can find the page for the next town over.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a tool that submits each new URL to Google for you. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. It keeps the sitemap current and points robots.txt at it, and that is the whole of the indexing work. It is also not right if you want a writer you operate by hand, or if you expect a ranking or a traffic figure by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position or a timeframe.
