Home Inspectors

Local SEO for Home Inspectors

People search for a home inspector with a town or a suburb attached. This page explains how HaloSEO writes for those phrases and what it does not do.

The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses

Home inspectors talk about pre purchase inspections, thermal imaging and moisture readings. Buyers and sellers do not. They type things like home inspector near me, house inspection in [town], or home inspection before buying a house. They add the place because they want someone who will drive to them. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search with a place attached, then writes posts around them. The trade vocabulary can still appear in the post. It just does not lead.

A worked example

Say a home inspection business covers a town and the towns around it. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What a home inspection covers in [town]. The post would walk through what an inspector checks, what a report includes, and how a buyer books one. It would use the town name in the heading and in the body, because that is how people search. If the business address is on file, HaloSEO can place a map of the business on the page. That is the whole post. No promises about where it lands.

What local intent means for home inspectors

A home inspection is tied to a property, and a property is tied to a place. Nobody orders an inspection three hours away. So the search is almost always local, and often urgent, because a buyer has a deadline on a contract. That makes the town and the surrounding area the useful part of the phrase. A post that names the area tells the reader you cover it. A post that only says home inspection tells them nothing they did not already know.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want someone to run your Google Business Profile. HaloSEO does not post to it. It is not right for you if you want reviews managed or listings kept in order. HaloSEO does not do that either. It is also not right for you if you need a guaranteed position on Google by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. HaloSEO writes and publishes posts and builds links. If you need the rest, you need someone else for it.
