Multi-location SEO for Home Services
If you run a home services business from more than one base, each location needs its own pages, its own keywords and its own local wording. HaloSEO runs that publishing for you.
The phrases your customers search, not the ones your trade uses
People looking for a plumber do not search for a boiler installation specialist. They search for a plumber near me, or a leak under the sink, or why is my boiler losing pressure. The words your trade uses on the van and in the quote are often not the words a customer types at 9pm. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search in each area you serve, then writes posts around those phrases. That means the plain, problem first wording a customer uses, not the industry term.
What local intent means for home services
For a home services business, local intent is usually urgent and close to home. Someone with no hot water wants a person who can come out, and they want to know you cover their area. That changes what a page needs to say. It needs the town or district named plainly, the services you actually offer there, and the way people in that area describe the problem. A page that only swaps the town name in a template does not answer that. Local intent also varies by place. A city centre flat has different jobs from a village with older housing stock, and the phrasing follows.
A worked example
Say you cover three towns and one of them has a lot of older terraced housing. HaloSEO might publish a post for that location on why radiators in older homes heat unevenly and what usually causes it. The post uses the phrases people in that town search, names the areas you cover, and links to your relevant service page and to your other location pages. The same publishing runs for each of your other locations, with their own keywords and their own local phrasing. Each location gets its own researched post. We do not take one article and spin out duplicate pages per town.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you work from a single base and have no plans to serve other areas, because the multi location work would go unused. It is not right if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a fixed date for results. We do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or timeframes, because we do not control search engines. It is also not right if you want one article copied across many town pages. We do not do that, and we will say so rather than build it.
