Squarespace Integration for Hotels

HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once. After that it publishes finished posts to your blog, in your theme, on your domain.

The words your guests type

Hotel owners often describe their rooms the way the trade does. Guests do not search that way. They type things like hotel near the train station, room with a bath and a view, late check in after a flight, or wedding venue with rooms for guests. They search by landmark, by need and by occasion. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and your type of property, then writes posts around them. The posts use the words guests use, not the words on a rate sheet.

A worked example

Say you run a small hotel near a cathedral and a conference centre. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Where to Stay for a Conference at the City Hall. It would cover walking distance from the venue, what a taxi costs at peak times, which rooms are quiet, and where to eat breakfast before an early start. It would link to your rooms page and to a post about parking. It goes out as a normal post in your Squarespace theme, on your domain. You can edit it or delete it like any other post.

What local intent means for a hotel

For a hotel, local intent is rarely just a town name. People search from somewhere else, planning a trip, or from a few streets away, looking for a room tonight. They ask about stations, airports, venues, hospitals and beaches. They ask what is within walking distance. A post that answers those questions can appear when someone searches before they book. HaloSEO builds posts around those place and need combinations, and links them together so a reader can move from one question to the next.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else. HaloSEO publishes to your Squarespace site, it does not host the blog for you. It is not right if you expect a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin. It is not right if you want help with your booking engine, your channel manager or your property management system, because it does not touch those. And it is not right if you need a promised ranking or a fixed date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not claim either.
