HR Consultants

Schema Generator for HR Consultants

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your clients type, not the ones the trade uses

HR consultants often write for other HR people. Your buyers search in plain words. They type things like how to write a contract for a new hire, do I need a staff handbook, how to handle a sick note, can I let someone go during their trial period, and what to pay a part time worker. They search by problem, not by service name. A page built around employee relations consultancy may rank for nothing. A page built around how to give a warning at work matches what a manager actually types at 9pm. HaloSEO researches these phrases for your site and writes posts around them.

A worked example

Say a small firm needs a page on probation periods. The post would answer the questions a manager asks: how long probation can run, what to put in the letter, when to review, and what to do if it is not working out. It would link to your page on contracts and to your page on dismissal. The schema generator would then build the JSON-LD for that post, for example an Article or FAQPage block, and it would refuse to output the block if a required field such as the headline or the author is missing. You paste the finished block into the page yourself. It does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.

What local intent means for HR consultants

Most HR advice can be given remotely, so local intent is thinner than it is for a plumber. It still shows up. People search for an HR consultant near me, HR support in a named town, or employment law advice followed by their city. They also search for someone who can visit the site, sit in a meeting, or handle a tribunal in person. A page that names the areas you cover and the towns you serve can match those searches. Keep the claims to what you actually do. Do not add a location you cannot serve.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to your existing posts without any work. The tool gives you the JSON-LD and you paste it in. It is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking or a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position. It is also not right for you if you want a writer that publishes without review, or if your site is a single page you update once a year.
