Content Calendar for HVAC
A content calendar for an HVAC business should be built from what customers type into Google, not from what the trade calls things. HaloSEO builds that plan from keyword research and publishes to it.
The phrases HVAC customers actually search
People do not search for a condensing unit replacement or a refrigerant recharge. They search for why is my AC not cooling, how much does a new furnace cost, or who fixes a boiler near me. They search in plain words, often in a panic, often on a phone. HaloSEO researches those phrases and builds the plan around them. The trade vocabulary can appear in the post once the customer has arrived. It should not be the thing the post is named after.
One worked example
Say the research shows people searching for why is my AC blowing warm air. The calendar holds a post on that subject. The post explains the common causes in plain order, from a dirty filter to a failed capacitor, says what a homeowner can safely check and what needs an engineer, and links to the related post on booking a repair visit. It does not promise a fix and it does not guess at a price. The subject can be pushed to the front of the calendar if a heatwave is coming. Nobody has to fill the calendar in. It is built from the keyword research.
What local intent means for HVAC
HVAC work is done at an address, so most searches carry a place in them. Near me, the town name, the postcode, the estate. That changes what a post has to do. It has to name the area plainly and describe the work as done there, without inventing coverage we cannot confirm. It also means the same subject may need a version for each area you serve. The calendar holds those versions and their order. Local intent is not a setting. It is a property of the phrases people use.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a business with no website, because there is nothing to connect and nothing to publish to. It is not right for someone who wants to approve every word before it goes live, because the platform publishes on its own schedule. It is not right for a business that wants a fixed number of posts a month written by hand to a brief. And it is not right for anyone who needs a guaranteed position on Google. We do not control search engines and we do not promise one.
