HVAC
Multi-location SEO for HVAC
If you run an HVAC business across more than one town, each location needs its own pages, its own keywords and its own local phrasing. HaloSEO runs that publishing for every location you have.
The phrases HVAC customers actually search
People do not search for the words the trade uses. They search for what is wrong and where they are. They type things like no heat in the house, AC blowing warm air, or who fixes a boiler near me. They add the town or the suburb. They add the time of day when it is an emergency. A page built around furnace maintenance schedule may rank for a phrase nobody types at 11pm in January. The research has to start from the customer's words, not the van's words. HaloSEO researches the keywords for each location and writes to those.
A worked example
Say you have locations in Reading and Slough. For Reading, HaloSEO might publish a post on why a radiator stays cold upstairs and what to check before you call anyone. It uses Reading in the title and the body, and it uses the phrasing local customers use. For Slough, it publishes a separate post with its own keywords and its own local phrasing, because the searches there are not the same. Each post is written for its location. We do not take one article and swap the town name to make a second page.
What local intent means for HVAC
Local intent for HVAC is usually urgent and usually close to home. Someone with no hot water is not reading a guide for three days. They want a number, a service area and a sign that you cover their street. That means the page has to name the area plainly, say what you fix, and make the next step obvious. It also means the same job can be searched in different words in two neighbouring towns. Treating those towns as one audience loses the searches that carry the location in them.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a single location. One town does not need multi-location publishing, and you would be paying for pages you do not need. It is not right for a business that wants one article rewritten with different town names. We do not do that, and it does not work. It is also not right for anyone who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a timeframe.
