Janitorial Services

Webflow Integration for Janitorial Services

HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The phrases your customers search

People looking for a cleaner do not search the way the trade talks. They search things like office cleaning near me, who cleans offices in [town], end of tenancy clean price, or commercial cleaner for a small office. They search by building type, by job and by place. They rarely search janitorial services unless they already work in facilities. HaloSEO researches the words your buyers use, then writes posts around those words. The trade terms can still appear, but they are not the plan.

A worked example

Say you clean small offices in a mid sized town. A post could be titled How often should a small office be cleaned, and it would cover daily touchpoints, weekly deep work, what changes when staff numbers rise, and how to set a schedule. It would mention your service area and link to your quote page. It would publish to your Webflow site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. That is the shape of every post. The topic comes from research, not from a template.

What local intent means here

Cleaning is bought locally and often at short notice. A facilities manager searching at 4pm for a cleaner who can start Monday is close to a decision. So the posts need the town, the district and the building type in them, and the pages need to be clear about where you work. Local intent also means the questions are practical: insurance, staff checks, key handling, out of hours access. Posts that answer those questions do more for you than posts about the cleaning industry.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted for you. HaloSEO publishes to your Webflow site and does not host anything. It is not right if you want a plugin to install and maintain, because there is none. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a traffic figure or a date, because we do not control search engines and will not promise one. And it is not right if you want to approve every word, since the platform writes and publishes on its own.
