Locksmiths
Automatic Indexing for Locksmiths
New posts on your locksmith site can be found without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it.
The phrases your customers type
People locked out of a house do not search for a locksmith in the trade sense. They type things like locked out of my house, lost my keys, key snapped in the lock, or can someone open my door tonight. They add the place they are standing, a suburb or a street name, and they often add the word now or today. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones people actually type, and writes posts around them instead of around trade terms like cylinder replacement or master key systems.
A worked example
Say a locksmith works across a city and the surrounding towns. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What to do if your key snaps in the lock, covering the first steps to take, what not to try, and when to call someone out. The post would name the areas the business covers and link to the locksmith's contact page and to a related post on lock replacement. It goes live on the customer's own site, and the sitemap on that domain updates to include it.
What local intent means for locksmiths
For a locksmith, local intent is close to urgent. Most searches come from a phone, from a person standing outside a door, and the answer they want is who can come now and how far away they are. That means posts should name the places the business actually covers, in the words people use for those places, and should make the phone number and the areas served easy to find. A post that ranks for a town the business does not cover is no use to anyone.
How the indexing works
HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap, so search engines can find new posts without anybody submitting them by hand. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a locksmith who wants a single page website and no blog. It is not right for someone who wants to approve every word before it goes live, because HaloSEO publishes on its own. It is not right for a business that cannot say which areas it covers, since local posts depend on that. And it is not right for anyone expecting a guaranteed position on Google, because nobody can honestly offer that.
