Schema Generator for Marketing Agencies

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The words your clients type, not the words the trade uses

Agencies often describe themselves with words their buyers do not use. People search for a marketing agency near me, or for help with a specific job such as getting more leads from a website. They search for a person or a small team they can talk to, not for a full service growth partner. The schema you build should match the page that answers those searches. If the page is about local lead generation for small firms, the structured data should describe that service and that area, not a broad list of disciplines. Write the page in the buyer's words first. Then build the schema to match it.

A worked example

Say an agency has a page titled Lead generation for small firms in Leeds. The page names the service, the city, the person who runs it and the contact route. The schema generator would build a Service type with the service name, the provider as a LocalBusiness with the Leeds address, and the area served. If the address or the service name is missing, the tool refuses to emit the type and tells you which field is empty. You fix the page or the input, then run it again. The output is JSON-LD you paste into the page yourself. HaloSEO does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.

What local intent means for an agency

Local intent for an agency is rarely a single town. A client may want a team that works across a region, or one that understands a specific industry in a specific place. The page should say which areas you serve and which services you offer there. The schema should carry the same facts: the area served, the address, the service. Do not list every town you have ever worked in. List the places you actually serve and can describe on the page. The structured data and the visible text should agree, because a mismatch helps nobody.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts automatically. That is not built yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right if you want a writer to produce the page for you, or if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number from adding structured data. We do not control search engines and we make no promise about placement or timing. If your pages are thin and you only want markup on top, fix the pages first. The generator will refuse to emit types with missing required fields, and that refusal is the point.
