Mortgage Brokers
Automatic Indexing for Mortgage Brokers
New posts on your site should be found without you doing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
People looking for a mortgage broker rarely search for a mortgage broker. They type what is worrying them. They search for how much deposit do I need for a first house, can I get a mortgage on a zero hours contract, or what happens if my fixed rate ends. They search for remortgage help near me or mortgage advice for the self employed. The trade talks about product transfers, LTV bands and affordability stress tests. Your customers do not. HaloSEO researches the words people actually use, then writes posts around those words. That gap between trade language and customer language is where most broker sites lose the search.
A worked example
Say you are a broker in a town with a lot of self employed tradespeople. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Can I Get a Mortgage If I Am Self Employed, written in plain English, covering what lenders ask for and what paperwork helps. The post links to your other pages on first time buyer help and on remortgaging. It goes live on your domain. The sitemap updates, robots.txt points at it, and the post is there to be found. Nobody submits anything by hand. That is the whole mechanism. We do not ping Google, we do not use IndexNow, and we do not submit URLs to Search Console.
What local intent means for a broker
Mortgage advice is local in a way that many services are not. People want someone they can sit in front of, or at least someone who knows the local housing market and the local price ceiling. So searches carry place names. They look for a mortgage broker in a named town, or advice on buying in a specific area. A post about deposit rules written for your town reads differently from a national one, and it matches how people search. Local intent also means the surrounding pages matter. Your contact page, your about page and your area pages all support the posts. HaloSEO links posts up so that structure holds together.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, because the platform publishes on its own. It is not right for you if you need URLs pushed to Google directly, since we do not ping Google, do not use IndexNow and do not submit to Search Console. And it is not right for you if your site cannot host a sitemap or edit robots.txt, because that is the mechanism the whole thing rests on.
