Exhibit A
Mortgage Brokers work in Saint Paul
Saint Paul is a city of older housing stock, much of it built before 1950, and a large share of its households are first time buyers working through the same questions about pre approval, down payment help and closing costs. The searches come from people comparing brokers in the Twin Cities metro, and the firms competing for them range from single broker owner operators working out of an office on Grand Avenue or University Avenue to teams tied to national networks. Paid search in this market is expensive because a mortgage lead is worth a lot, so the paid listings at the top of the results are crowded and costly. That leaves the organic results and the AI answers as the places where a broker who publishes steadily can be found without paying for every click. The demand is there all year, spread across the city and the surrounding suburbs.
