Moving Companies
Google Ranking Automation for Moving Companies
HaloSEO is an autonomous SEO publishing platform for moving companies. You connect your website, and it researches keywords, writes and publishes posts, links them up and builds backlinks.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
Moving companies tend to talk in trade terms. Part load, full load, long distance, short notice, packing and unpacking. Customers rarely type those words. They type what is happening to them. How much does it cost to move a two bedroom flat. Man with a van near me. Cheap removals on a Saturday. Moving house with a piano. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search for a moving business, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade vocabulary can still appear in the post. It just does not lead.
A worked example
Say the site was given the keyword set around moving a two bedroom flat. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What a two bedroom move usually involves, and what changes the price. The post would walk through access, stairs, parking, volume of furniture and the difference between a quote based on a video survey and one based on a phone call. It would answer the question in the title in the first few lines. It would link to the site's quote page and to a related post on packing. No prices are invented. No customer is quoted. The post describes the job, because that is what the searcher wants to understand before they call anyone.
What local intent means for a moving company
Almost every search for a mover has a place attached to it. The searcher is leaving one address and arriving at another, and both matter. A post about moving out of a city centre flat is not the same as a post about moving into a rural property with a long driveway. Local intent also means timing. End of tenancy dates, school term dates and month end all push demand. HaloSEO writes posts that name the places the business actually serves and the situations that come with them. It does not create location pages for towns the business does not cover.
What it does and does not do
HaloSEO tracks where the site ranks for the keywords it was given. If a post is still not ranking after ninety days, it rewrites that post in place. That is the whole loop. It does not touch Google. It does not submit anything to Google or to anyone else. It makes no promise about a position or a date, because it does not control search engines. Anyone who promises you page one by a set date is guessing or worse.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a moving company that wants a guaranteed position on Google. We cannot offer that and will not pretend to. It is not right for a business with no website, or one that cannot publish posts to it. It is not right for a company that wants to approve every word before it goes live, because the platform publishes on its own. It is not right for a business that only wants a one off rewrite of its service pages. And it is not right for anyone who needs results this month. The ninety day review exists because ranking takes time we do not control.
