Squarespace Integration for Moving Companies

HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once, then writes and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The words your customers type

People planning a move do not search for removals or household goods transit. They type things like man and van near me, how much does a mover cost, cheap movers for a one bedroom flat, moving house checklist, or who can help me move a piano. They search by the size of the job, the type of home, the street or the town, and the thing that is hard to move. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people use.

A worked example

Say you move homes in a mid sized town and the surrounding villages. HaloSEO might publish a post titled How much does a house move cost in [your town]. It would cover what changes the price, such as the number of bedrooms, stairs, parking and distance, and it would answer the questions people ask before they call. The post goes live on your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, at your domain. HaloSEO then links it to your other posts and builds backlinks to it. We do not promise where it will rank.

What local intent means for movers

A moving job happens at one address and ends at another, so almost every search has a place in it. Someone in one town will not hire a firm two counties away for a small flat move. That means the posts need the place names your customers use, including the villages and suburbs around your base, and the job types common in those places. A post about moving a family out of a three bedroom house in one neighbourhood is worth more to you than a general article about moving house.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else, or if you want a plugin you install and update yourself. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a traffic figure or a date, because we do not control search engines and will not promise one. It is not right if you want HaloSEO to change other parts of your Squarespace site, such as your service pages or your design. It only publishes posts. And it is not right if you would rather write everything yourself.
