Automatic Blog Publishing for Nonprofits

HaloSEO writes the posts your nonprofit needs and publishes them to your own site on a schedule. You connect your website, and the finished post goes live with the picture, the links and the metadata already on it.

The words your supporters actually type

Your trade talks about donor stewardship, capacity building and theory of change. The people looking for you type other things. They type how to volunteer near me, where to donate winter coats, food bank open Saturday, charity shop near me, how to set up a monthly gift, and can I claim gift aid on a donation. They type the name of your town plus the service they need. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones real people search, and writes posts around them. Not the language of grant applications. The language of the person who has a bag of clothes and a free afternoon.

A worked example

Say your nonprofit runs a community fridge and a winter coat drive. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Where to Donate Winter Coats in [your town] This Month. The post would explain what you accept, what you cannot take, the opening hours, and where the door is. It would carry a photo, internal links to your volunteer page and your donation page, and metadata written for search. It goes live on your own site on the day you scheduled it. There is no draft sitting in a queue waiting for someone to read it. When it is written, it is published.

What local intent means for a nonprofit

Most searches for a nonprofit are local and urgent. Someone needs a food parcel today. Someone wants to drop off furniture this week. Someone is looking for a place to volunteer on a Saturday morning. Local intent here means the town, the neighbourhood, the opening hours, the bus route and the exact address. A national page about hunger does not answer any of that. Posts built around your postcode and your timetable do. That is the gap HaloSEO fills, one scheduled post at a time, on your own site.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if every post must be read and approved by a person before it goes live. HaloSEO has no approval step and no draft queue. The post is live when it is written. It is not right for you if you want to write the posts yourself and use a tool only to suggest ideas. It is not right for you if your site cannot accept published posts, or if your board needs to sign off on wording. And it is not right for you if you are looking for a guaranteed ranking or a date when you will appear on page one. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that.
