Notaries
Multi-location SEO for Notaries
If you notarise documents in more than one place, each place has its own searches. HaloSEO runs the same publishing for each location, with its own keywords and its own local phrasing.
The phrases your customers type
People looking for a notary rarely type the words the trade uses. They type what they need done and where. They search for a notary near me, a notary open on Saturday, someone to sign a power of attorney, a mobile notary who comes to the house, or a notary who can witness a signature today. They add the town, the suburb or the postcode. They do not search for commissioning of oaths or certification of documents. HaloSEO researches the words your customers use in each location and writes for those, not for the words on your letterhead.
A worked example
Say you notarise documents in two towns. For the first, HaloSEO might publish a post answering a question people there actually ask, such as what to bring when you need a signature witnessed for a house sale, written in the way people in that town phrase it. For the second, it publishes a separate post built on that location's own searches, with its own keywords and its own local phrasing. Each post is written for its place. HaloSEO does not take one article and spin out a copy per town with the name swapped. That is the thing it does not do.
What local intent means for a notary
For a notary, local intent is usually urgent and practical. Someone needs a document signed, witnessed or certified, often before a deadline, and they want to know who is close, who is available and what to bring. They may need a mobile visit, an evening slot or a same day appointment. The searches carry a place and a task together. That is why one page for the whole country does not serve you. Each location needs content that answers the questions asked there, in the words used there.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a notary who works from a single address and has no plan to serve other places. It is not right for someone who wants one article rewritten with town names swapped in, because HaloSEO will not do that. It is not right for anyone who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a date by which they will rank. We do not control search engines and we do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or timeframes. If you want a fixed promise about where you will appear, this is not the tool for you.
