Notaries

WordPress Integration for Notaries

HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The words your customers type

Notaries often describe their work in trade terms. Customers do not. A customer looks for a notary near me, or a mobile notary who comes to the house, or someone who can witness a signature this week. They search for loan signing agent, for apostille service, for a notary who can handle a power of attorney. They search for evening and weekend appointments. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade vocabulary can appear in the post, but the post is built on the customer's words.

A worked example

Say a notary in a mid sized town wants to reach people who need a document witnessed at home. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What to Have Ready for a Mobile Notary Visit. The post would explain which documents to gather, what identification to have on hand, how a witness works, and what happens if a signer cannot travel. It would answer the questions people ask before they call. It would link to the notary's contact page and to a related post on signing a power of attorney. It would publish to the notary's own WordPress site as a normal post, in the site's theme.

What local intent means for a notary

Almost every search a notary cares about has a place attached to it. People want a notary they can reach, often today, often within a short drive. That means the useful posts are the ones that name the areas served, the hours kept, and the situations handled, such as hospital visits, care homes, real estate closings or documents that need an apostille. A post about notary law in general will not reach someone two towns over who needs a signature witnessed before Friday. Local intent is about being findable by the people who can actually turn up.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for a notary who has no WordPress site. HaloSEO publishes to WordPress and does not host a blog for you. It is not right for someone who wants a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin and nothing to keep updated. It is not right for a notary who wants to write every word personally, since HaloSEO writes the posts. It is not right for anyone who needs a guaranteed ranking or a fixed date for results. We do not control search engines and we do not promise positions, traffic numbers or timeframes.
