Content Calendar for Orthodontists
A content calendar tells you what goes out and when. For an orthodontic practice, the useful version is built from what patients type into Google, not from what the practice calls its own treatments.
The phrases your patients search
Patients do not search for fixed appliance therapy or Class II malocclusion. They search for braces for my teenager, how much do braces cost, clear braces near me, is Invisalign worth it, and how long will I wear a retainer. Parents search for when should my child see an orthodontist. Adults who never had braces search for braces at 40. These are the phrases the calendar is built from. HaloSEO researches them from your site and your area, then writes posts that answer them in the words people use.
A worked example
Say the research shows people in your town search for how much do braces cost and for braces on finance. The calendar would hold a post titled What braces cost and what changes the price. It would explain the factors that move the figure, what a consultation involves, and what to ask about payment plans. It would not print a price we cannot verify. The post goes out on its scheduled date, links to your consultation page and to a related post on retainers, and the next subject in the queue follows it.
What local intent means here
Orthodontics is a local decision. Someone searching for an orthodontist is usually within driving distance and is choosing between a few practices. That makes phrases with a place in them matter: orthodontist in your town, braces near me, clear aligners plus the name of the area. It also means the posts should answer questions a local patient asks, such as whether you take referrals, where the practice is, and what a first visit involves. The calendar keeps a steady flow of these local posts rather than one page that never changes.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a practice that wants to write every post itself and approve each word before it goes live. It is not right for someone looking for a one off audit or a keyword report with no publishing behind it. It is not right for a practice with no website, or one that cannot have new pages added to it. And it is not right for anyone who needs a guaranteed position on Google. We do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or dates, because we do not control search engines.
