Patent Attorneys
Automatic Indexing for Patent Attorneys
New posts on your site can be found without you submitting them. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live, with robots.txt pointing at it.
The phrases your clients search
Patent attorneys often write for other patent attorneys. Your clients write for themselves. They search things like how much does a patent cost, how long does a patent last, can I patent an idea, do I need a patent attorney, and what is the difference between a patent and a trademark. They search by city too, such as patent attorney in Leeds or patent help near me. HaloSEO researches the words people actually type, then writes posts around them. The trade vocabulary can stay on your site. It just should not be the only thing there.
A worked example
Say you practise in Manchester and mostly file UK patents for small engineering firms. A post could be titled What a UK patent costs a small engineering firm, and what the steps are. It would walk through filing, examination and renewal, explain what drives the cost up or down, and answer the questions people ask before they call. It would link to your page on filing a UK patent and to your contact page. It would not promise an outcome or a price we cannot verify. That is the shape of post HaloSEO writes and publishes for you.
What local intent means here
Most patent work is not tied to a postcode. A client will instruct an attorney in another city if the fit is right. Local intent still matters, but it is narrower. People search for a patent attorney near me when they want a meeting in person, or when their case involves a local hearing. They search patent attorney in [city] when they are comparing firms in their own area. Posts that answer local questions, such as where to file in person or which courts hear patent cases, can meet that intent. They should not pretend the work is local when it is not.
How the indexing works
When HaloSEO publishes a post, the sitemap on your own domain is updated. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. Search engines that crawl your site can find the new post without anybody submitting it. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date. What we can say is that the sitemap stays current and points the crawlers at your new pages.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking or a date. We cannot give one. It is not right if you need URLs submitted to Search Console or pushed through IndexNow. We do not do either. It is not right if you want to approve every word before it goes live, because HaloSEO publishes on its own. And it is not right if your work comes entirely from referrals and you have no interest in search. In those cases, a different approach will serve you better.
